The venue met requirements and I would absolutely stay here again. This place is in a good and ideal location very close to motorway junction. , it is not far from friendly pub close to Exeter airport, other venues and motorway. 

The room here is well-kept and tidy, plus the shower is top-notch 🚿. The location is unbeatable, and they offer a nice variety of affordable eats.

The full English breakfast was fabulous. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had useful amenities like an iron and a flat-screen television.- The location on the outskirts of Exeter was perfect.

Convenient location near the motorway and only a 20-minute drive to St James Church Hall. 🚗

this hotel is a perfect place for overnight stay. the location is perfect and handy, 3 km from crealy adventure park. it's in the fairly nice area which is another bonus. professional and cooperative staff as one would expect. 

Booked a double room with good facilities.

The room size was great and had a private bathroom with all the necessary facilities.

The location of the property is great and fab, close to a warm and friendly pub near Exeter airport, the motorway, and the bar/restaurant. The staff, especially the manager, are courteous. The ambiance is family. The food is reasonably priced 

I greatly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. The room was spotless and new-fashioned, had a private bathroom. Its location just a short walk away from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium was great and fab.

The stay was great value for money, offering excellent service and fantastic food, with the added bonus of a smooth check-in and a convenient location within the venue.
